Abstract

 効率よくイオンを発生させることのできるイオン発生器を得る。  放電針電極(25)からの放電にてイオンを発生するイオン発生素子(20)を収容したケース(11)に、イオン放出用の開口部(16)を形成したカバー(15)を設けたイオン発生器。開口部(16)の縁部には抵抗体(17)が配置され、該抵抗体(17)は接地されている。抵抗体(17)が接地されていることで開口部(16)の縁部の帯電が防止され、開口部(16)におけるイオンの滞留が抑制され、効率よくイオンが発生、放出される。
