Abstract

The search processing performed by a filtering server (6) checks if a URL to be viewed is included in a set of URLs. As a result, a series of processings of the search for the URL and the acquisition processing of the category to which the URL belongs and the comparison processing of the acquired category with the category that a client restricts viewing are eliminated, thus providing the speeding-up of the processings. The search processings of a URLDB (31A) and a cache DB (31B) are executed in parallel and when the URL to be viewed is found, the search processings are ended. This makes it possible to realize the increased speed-up of the search processing.
