技术领域
本发明属于导航领域, 尤其涉及一种导航告警的实现方法、 设备及系统。
背景技术
目前, 导航仪主要应用在汽车导航方面, 随着国家经济的发展, 我国汽车 的人均占有率不断提高,而国家对交通行驶安全的监管力度也不断的加大以及 现代技术比如测速仪、 电子眼等仪器的广泛应用, 目前的导航仪一般只提供路 径导航方面的信息, 而对诸如测速点、 电子眼、 急转弯、 事故多发点等需要告 警的信息进行提示的功能还不是很健全,无法满足人们对实际行驶过程中导航 的需要。
现有技术是将路网的告警信息添加到 GPS导航系统的电子地图数据库中 , 在导航过程中,系统根据电子地图数据库中保存的告警信息向用户发出告警提 示。但是,这种方式只有电子地图数据库添加了告警信息的导航系统才能实现 告警的功能, 这样不能同时为多个 GPS导航系统提供实时告警服务。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种导航告警的获取方法,旨在解决现有的导航告 警系统不能同时对多个导航终端进行实时告警服务的问题。
本发明是这样实现的,一种导航告警的获取方法,所述方法包括如下步骤: 向导航服务端发送告警请求,所述告警请求中携带有导航终端的当前位置 信息;
接收导航服务端返回的告警信息。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种导航终端, 所述终端包括:
告警请求发送单元, 用于向导航服务端发送告警请求,所述告警请求中携 带有导航终端的当前位置信息; 以及
告警信息接收单元, 用于接收导航服务端返回的告警信息。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种导航告警的发送方法,所述方法包括如下 步骤:
接收导航终端发送的告警请求,提取所述告警请求中携带的导航终端的当 前位置信息;
根据所述导航终端的当前位置信息和本地存储的告警信息数据,获取所述 导航终端的当前位置信息对应的告警信息;
将告警信息返回给导航终端。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种导航服务端, 所述服务端包括: 告警请求接收单元, 用于接收导航终端发送的告警请求,提取所述告警请 求中携带的导航终端的当前位置信息;
告警信息数据管理单元, 用于存储和更新告警信息数据;
告警信息产生单元,用于根据所述导航终端的当前位置信息和所述告警信 息数据管理单元存储的告警信息数据,获取所述导航终端的当前位置信息对应 的告警信息; 以及
告警信息发送单元,用于将所述告警信息产生单元获取的告警信息返回给 导航终端。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种导航告警系统, 所述系统包括: 导航终端,用于向导航服务端发送告警请求,接收导航服务端返回的告警 信息, 所述告警请求中携带有导航终端的当前位置信息; 以及
导航服务端,用于接收导航终端发送的告警请求,提取所述告警请求中携 带的导航终端的当前位置信息,根据所述导航终端的当前位置信息和本地存储 的告警信息数据,获取所述导航终端的当前位置信息对应的告警信息, 并将告 警信息返回给导航终端。
在本发明中,导航终端只要向导航服务端发出告警请求,导航服务端根据 告警请求中携带的导航终端的当前位置信息计算出导航终端需要的告警信息, 对导航终端提供实时的告警信息服务,这种系统实现方式在不开启导航功能情 况下,也能够提供告警信息服务,这种系统实现方式也满足了同时对多个导航 终端提供实时告警信息服务的要求。

在本发明实施例中,导航告警系统包括导航终端和导航服务端,导航终端 向导航服务端发出告警请求,导航服务端根据告警请求中携带的导航终端的当 前位置信息计算出导航终端需要的告警信息,对导航终端提供实时的告警信息 服务。
图 1示出了本发明实施例适用的导航告警系统的网络结构图,导航告警系 统包括: 导航终端 100和导航服务端 200, 导航终端和导航服务端之间通过移 动通讯网络基站 300进行通信,导航终端 100可以是手持终端或者汽车导航引 擎。
图 2示出了本发明实施例提供的导航告警系统的交互过程, 详述如下: 1、 导航终端向导航服务端发送认证请求, 认证请求中携带请求认证的用 户的用户信息, 例如用户名或导航终端编号等;
2、 导航服务端根据认证请求中携带的用户信息对用户进行认证, 具体为 导航服务端根据认证请求中携带的用户信息查询本地存储的用户信息,核实认 证请求中携带的用户名是否存在、 合法, 用户费用是否足够等。
3、 导航服务端向导航终端返回认证结果;
进行认证是本发明的一个实施例 , 增加认证过程便于对导航终端进行管 理, 也可以不执行认证过程;
4、 认证通过后, 导航终端向导航服务端发送告警请求, 告警请求中携带 有导航终端的当前位置信息;
5、 导航服务端提取告警请求中携带的导航终端的当前位置信息, 根据导 航终端的当前位置信息和本地存储的告警信息数据,获取导航终端的当前位置 信息对应的告警信息; 6、 导航服务端向导航终端返回告警信息;
7、 导航终端对返回的告警信息进行处理。 作为本发明的一个实施例, 导 航终端将返回的告警信息中的告警信息数据转换为显示输出所需要的数据格 式, 从而将告警信息显示给用户。 在本发明的另一实施例中, 导航终端将返回 的告警信息中的告警信息数据转换为语音输出所需要的数据格式,从而将告警 信息通过语音方式播放给用户。
在本发明实施例中, 告警信息可以是超速、 单行道、 事故多发点、 P艮速、 急转弯、 学校、 收费站、 隧道、 电子眼等信息。
本发明实施例中,通过导航终端和导航服务端之间的上述双向通信,一个 导航服务端可以同时向多个导航终端提供告警服务
图 3示出了本发明实施例提供的导航终端的结构, 为了便于说明,仅示出 了与本发明实施例相关的部分。

作为本发明的一个实施例,告警信息数据库 431保存告警信息数据,告警 信息数据更新模块 432实时或者定时对告警信息数据库 431中的告警信息数据 进行更新,告警信息数据组织模块 433在告警信息数据中引入管理数据帧和网 格管理信息帧,对数据格式进行重新组织, 并将告警信息数据写入告警信息数 据库 431中。

另外,本发明实施例还提供了一种导航告警系统,所述系统导航告警系统 包括:
导航终端,用于向导航服务端发送告警请求,接收导航服务端返回的告警 信息, 所述告警请求中携带有导航终端的当前位置信息; 以及

8、 一种导航告警的发送方法, 其特征在于, 所述方法包括如下步骤: 接收导航终端发送的告警请求,提取所述告警请求中携带的导航终端的当 前位置信息;
根据所述导航终端的当前位置信息和本地存储的告警信息数据,获取所述 导航终端的当前位置信息对应的告警信息;
将告警信息返回给导航终端。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的导航告警的发送方法, 其特征在于, 所述接收导 航终端发送的告警请求,提取所述告警请求中携带的导航终端的当前位置信息 的步骤之前, 还包括以下步骤:
接收导航终端发送的认证请求,认证请求中携带请求认证的用户的用户信 根据认证请求中携带的用户信息对用户进行认证;
将认证结果返回给导航终端。
10、 一种导航服务端, 其特征在于, 所述服务端包括:
告警请求接收单元, 用于接收导航终端发送的告警请求,提取所述告警请 求中携带的导航终端的当前位置信息;
告警信息数据管理单元, 用于存储和更新告警信息数据;
告警信息产生单元,用于根据所述导航终端的当前位置信息和所述告警信 息数据管理单元存储的告警信息数据,获取所述导航终端的当前位置信息对应 的告警信息; 以及
告警信息发送单元,用于将所述告警信息产生单元获取的告警信息返回给 导航终端。
11、 如权利要求 10所述的导航服务端, 其特征在于, 所述服务端进一步 包括:
导航认证单元,用于接收导航终端发送的认证请求,根据认证请求中携带 的用户信息对用户进行认证, 将认证结果返回给导航终端。
12、 如权利要求 11所述的导航服务端, 其特征在于, 所述导航认证单元 进一步包括:
认证模块,用于接收导航终端发送的认证请求,根据认证请求中携带的用 户信息对用户进行认证; 以及
认证结果发送模块, 用于将认证结果返回给导航终端。
13、 如权利要求 12所述的导航服务端, 其特征在于, 所述认证模块进一 步包括:
用户注册模块用于为使用导航终端的用户提供注册功能;
用户计费模块用于对用户的费用信息进行记录;
用户信息数据库, 用于保存用户名和用户的费用信息;
用户登录模块, 用于接收用户信息中的用户名, 为其提供登录功能; 以及 用户信息认证模块,用于根据用户名在用户信息数据库中查询,如果用户 信息数据库中存在该用户名,且费用信息正常, 则用户信息认证模块决定该用 户认证通过, 否则认证不通过。
14、 如权利要求 10所述的导航服务端, 其特征在于, 所述告警信息数据 管理单元进一步包括:
告警信息数据库, 用于保存告警信息数据;
告警信息数据组织模块,用于在告警信息数据中引入管理数据帧和网格管 理信息帧,对数据格式进行重新组织, 并将告警信息数据写入告警信息数据库 中; 以及
告警信息数据更新模块, 用于更新所述告警信息数据。
15、 一种导航告警系统, 其特征在于, 所述系统包括:
导航终端,用于向导航服务端发送告警请求,接收导航服务端返回的告警 信息, 所述告警请求中携带有导航终端的当前位置信息; 以及
导航服务端,用于接收导航终端发送的告警请求,提取所述告警请求中携 带的导航终端的当前位置信息,根据所述导航终端的当前位置信息和本地存储 的告警信息数据,获取所述导航终端的当前位置信息对应的告警信息, 并将告 警信息返回给导航终端。
16、 如权利要求 15所述的导航告警系统, 其特征在于, 所述导航终端为 手持终端或者汽车导航引擎。
