Abstract

 本発明に係る糖度が向上した植物体を作出するための組成物は、グルタチオン、γ-グルタミルシステインシンセターゼをコードするポリヌクレオチド、又はグルタチオン結合性プラスチド型フルクトース-1,6-ビスリン酸アルドラーゼをコードするポリヌクレオチドを含有している。好ましくは酸化型グルタチオンを含有している。これにより、糖度が向上した植物を簡便に作出するための組成物を提供する。
