Abstract
An air purification-processing method for making work environment satisfactory and for allowing a work process to be smoothly continued by removing a large amount of floating dust particles which occur at digging and blasting in tunnel construction. A mist generation device is installed in a movable vehicle. Hyperfine water particles are blown out from a blow-out pipe installed in the mist generation device toward a work face or a ceiling face being an adjacent place of it. At the same time, outside air is emitted to the same direction from a wind duct of a large diameter. A large amount of minute floating dust particles floating in the tunnel are made to be adsorbed to the hyperfine water particles so as to drop on a floor and a face plane. The floor and the face plane are slightly wetted so as to prevent them from re-floating. Moisture is given to dust particles of small and large diameters, which drop afterwards. The occurrence of dust particles at digging is suppressed by the face plane containing moisture. At the next process of blasting, scattering of the minute floating dust particles including cement powder is prevented, and hardening of the cement is promoted.
