由于呈现在各种生活用品上的图样毕竟属于静态性设计， 例如以印刷、 转 印等手法将图样附设于杯具、 磁砖、 移动电话等各种生活用品上， 因此， 图样 式样与色彩自不同角度观看时， 纯粹仅具有角度上的形状差异， 图样本身并无 法跳脱给人生硬、 呆板的同一视觉感受； 基此， 虽然相关业者也都不断设法寻 求改善， 但目前仍未见有理想解决之道。 发明内容
有鉴于以往附加于产品表面的图样仅能呈现单调的视觉效果， 因此本发明 的目的即在于提出一种能够予人更生动活泼以及视觉变化感受的图样。
基于上述目的， 本发明是提出一种可应用于各种具有保持固定形状并且可 见的表面的生活用品上的图样， 并且透过观看角度上改变， 可以从图样上获得 不同色彩变化的视觉感受。
实现上述目的的可行具体实施方式如下：
本发明为一种在硬质载体表面上附着呈现有经由设计构图后的可见图样， 所述图样是由多个复合颜色凸块集合构图而成， 所述复合颜色凸块具有可透过 眼睛区分出不同颜色组合的表面配色区域； 藉此构成， 当硬质载体保持不动而

请参阅图 1 所示， 本发明包括有一硬质载体 10 , 以及设于硬质载体 10表 面的一图样 20。 其中， 本发明的硬质载体 10 除了可以是图中示例中所显示的 笔记本电脑外， 也包含各种生活用品， 例如杯子等餐具、 磁砖等建筑用材料、 移动电话等电子产品；另外，图样 20的轮廓式様并不限于图中所示的特定式样， 而且图样 20可以选择采用印刷、 转印等各种加工手段附加于硬质载体 10表面 上。
图 2则显示出附着于笔记本电脑的上盖表面上的图样平面图； 图 3是显示 所述图样局部并且放大比例后的示意图； 如图所示， 设置于笔记本电脑 10的上 盖表面 12的图样 20是由多个复合颜色凸块 22集合构图而成，所述复合颜色凸 块 22具有可透过眼睛区分出不同颜色组合的多个表面配色区域 24。
请同时参阅图 4所示， 图 4为对应图 3所示局部图样的立体图； 从图式中 可以看到， 每一个复合颜色凸块 22的外观造型为长条体， 而且在复合颜色凸块 22的表面配色区域 24上至少划分出两个以上具有不同色彩的色块面 242，244。
其中， 两个色块面 242,244可分别以不同色调、 明度、 彩度或其结合调配 出两种可供视别区分的颜色； 于实施时， 复合颜色凸块 22 的表面配色区域 24 可以采用包含有色彩呈现为有彩色的色块面 242,244， 例如一色块面 242的表 面颜色呈现红色， 另一色块面 244的表面颜色则呈现绿色。
另外， 复合颜色凸块 22的表面配色区域 24也可采用有彩色与无彩色的色 块面 242,244组合应用， 例如色块面 242的表面颜色呈现红色， 另一色块面的'' 表面颜色则呈现黑色、 白色或介于黑色与白色之间的灰色。
再者， 复合颜色凸块 22的表面配色区域 24亦可采用包含有色彩呈现为渐 层色的色块面 242,244, 例如一色块面 242的表面颜色呈现红色调的渐层色， 另外色块面 244的表面颜色则呈现绿色调的渐层色。
除此之外， 如图 5所示， 复合颜色凸块 22的表面配色区域 24亦可采用包 含有色彩呈现出由多种不同色彩的小色块 2422,2442组成的色块面 242,244。
由上述说明可知，在表面配色区域 24的色彩的应用上可以混合搭配单一颜 色的有彩色； 包含黑色、 灰色及白色的无彩色； 具有色彩渐层变化的渐层色； 以及包舍多种不同色彩的小色块的色块面 242,244。
请参阅图 6所示， 于实施时， 用以集合构成图样 20的复合颜色凸块 22的 外观造型也可以是如图中所示的半球体。
诚如前面所提及， 复合颜色凸块 22的表面配色区域 24上至少划分出两个 以上具有不同色彩的色块面 242,244。 于图 7及图 8 中即分别显示出复合颜色 凸块 22即呈现出具有三个平均等分面积的色块面 242,244,246， 以及四个平均 等分面积的色块面 242,244,246,248的设计变化。
请参阅图 9所示， 图中是显示出用以組构出图样 20的复合颜色凸块 22设 置于笔记本电脑 10的上盖表面 12上的侧视断面图。 当观看者分别从图中所示 的箭头方向 A、 箭头方向 B、 箭头方向 C、 箭头方向 D朝向复合颜色凸块 22观 看时， 由于观看视角不同， 眼睛从复合颜色凸块 22上所见到的表面颜色也会有 不同； 例如从箭头方向 A所见的复合颜色凸块 22是可同时见到完整的色块面 242与色块面 244上表面； 然而随着观看视角的倾斜角度增加， 表面配色区域 24会因为受到遮蔽的程度不同而使得观看者眼睛所见到的两色块面 242,244比 例也会产生增减变化。例如从箭头方向 B观看复合颜色凸块 22会比从箭头方向 C所见到的色块面 242面积较多， 而从箭头方向 D所见到的复合颜色凸块 22 虽能看见色块面 244所呈现的表面色彩， 但是几乎完全无法看见色块面 242所 呈现的表面色彩。
综上所述可知，本发明为一种由多个复合颜色凸块 22构图而成的图样 20 , 复合颜色凸块 22具有可透过眼睛区分出不同颜色组合的表面配色区域； 如此一 来， 当视线方向不变的情况下， 观看者从不同视线方向观看所述图样 20时， 观 看者都可以从图样 20上获得不同色彩变化的视觉感受。
虽然本发明以前述的实施例揭露如上， 然其并非用以限定本发明。 在不脱 离本发明的精神和范围内， 所为的更动与润饰， 均属本发明的专利保护范围。 关于本发明所界定的保护范围请参考所附的权利要求书。

权利要求
1 .一种富有视觉色彩变化表面的硬质物件， 其特征在于， 包括有： 一硬质载体， 具有保持固定形状并且可见的表面； 及
一图样， 设于所述硬质载体表面， 所述图样是由多个复合颜色凸块集合构 图而成， 所述复合颜色凸块具有可透过眼睛区分出不同颜色组合的一表面配色 区域， 当观看者所述从不同视线方向观看设于所述硬质载体表面上的所述图样 时， 构成所述图样的所述复合颜色凸块会因相对视角改变， 使得眼睛看见的表 面配色区域范围不同而产生视觉变化效果。
2.如权利要求 1 所述的富有视觉色彩变化表面的硬质物件， 其特征在于： 所述硬质载体包含各种生活用品。
3.如权利要求 1 所述的富有视觉色彩变化表面的硬质物件， 其特征在于： 所述复合颜色凸块的外观造型为长条体。
4.如权利要求 1 所述的富有视觉色彩变化表面的硬质物件， 其特征在于： 所述复合颜色凸块的外观造型为半球体。
5.如权利要求 1 所述的富有视觉色彩变化表面的硬质物件， 其特征在于： 所述复合颜色凸块的表面配色区域至少划分出两个以上具有不同色彩的色块 面。
6.如权利要求 5所述的富有视觉色彩变化表面的硬质物件， 其特征在于： 所述表面配色区域包含有色彩呈现为有彩色的色块面。
7.如权利要求 5所述的富有视觉色彩变化表面的硬质物件， 其特征在于： 所述表面配色区域包含有色彩呈现为无彩色的色块面， 所述无彩色选自黑色、 白色或者介于黑色与白色之间的灰色。
