Abstract
Disclosed is a catalyst containing a palladium source, a polyoxoanion compound and a titanium ion source. Also disclosed is a method for producing a ketone compound, wherein an olefin compound, a molecular oxygen and water are reacted in the presence of the catalyst and an effective number of protons. By this method, a ketone compound can be more efficiently produced from an olefin compound, oxygen and water.
