Abstract

This aims to reduce a magnetic resistance between teeth and a yoke. Teeth (200) to be arranged in plurality in an annular shape are individually formed by laminating second magnetic plates (202) radially. Each tooth (200) includes a first trapezoidal body (212) having an upper bottom, in which one second magnetic plate (202) arranged at the position the closest to an axis in a top plan view has a length (Ln) in a first direction, and a lower bottom, in which another second magnetic plate (202) arranged at a position radially outside of that one second magnetic plate (202) has a length (Lf) (wherein Ln < Lf) in the first direction. A first side edge (208) of each of the second magnetic plates (202) constituting the first trapezoidal body (212) is curved from the upper bottom toward the lower bottom.
