Abstract
La présente invention concerne un polyuréthane amino-modifié contenant des oligosaccharides de structure spécifique; un procédé de production dudit polyuréthane; et un matériau filtrant permettant d'éliminer les leucocytes et comportant ledit polyuréthane au moins à la surface d'un matériau filtrant de base. Le polyuréthane amino-modifié contenant des oligosaccharides n'adhère pratiquement pas aux érythrocytes et présente une affinité sélective pour les leucocytes. Il est possible de produire ce polyuréthane de façon simple et pour un faible coût. Ce polyuréthane peut être utilisé au moins sur une surface d'un matériau filtrant de base et permet donc de disposer d'un filtre capable d'éliminer de façon sélective les leucocytes du sang, ce qui permet de recueillir de façon très efficace les érythrocytes ou le plasma.
