 下記式で示される光電変換素子用材料。 (式中、R1~R14はそれぞれ水素、ハロゲン、シアノ、C1~C40の置換もしくは無置換のアルキル基、C2~C40の置換もしくは無置換のアルケニル基、C2~C40の置換もしくは無置換のアルキニル基、C6~C40の置換もしくは無置換のアリール基、C3~C40の置換もしくは無置換のヘテロアリール基、C1~C40の置換もしくは無置換のアルコキシ基、C6~C40の置換もしくは無置換のアリールオキシ基、C6~C40の置換もしくは無置換のアリールアミノ基、又はC1~C40の置換もしくは無置換のアルキルアミノ基である。隣り合うR1~R14は互いに結合して環を形成してもよい。)
