Abstract

 脳波インタフェース(IF)を利用してユーザが希望すると思われる選択肢を判定し、脳波によって選択肢の判定誤りを検出する。判定誤りが検出されると選択肢判定に用いられた脳波情報によって選択肢を補正する。  脳波IFシステムに組み込まれる補正装置が提供される。脳波IFシステムは、生体信号計測部と、ユーザの脳波信号に含まれる事象関連電位を解析する解析部と、解析結果に基づきユーザが希望した選択肢を推定する推定部と、推定部によって推定された選択肢をユーザに提示する出力部とを有している。生体信号計測部は、ユーザに選択肢が提示された時点を起点としてユーザの脳波信号を計測する。補正装置は、選択肢の推定後に取得された脳波信号に含まれる事象関連電位に基づいて、推定された選択肢の正誤を判定する判定部と、推定された選択肢が誤判定とされたときに、選択肢の推定前の事象関連電位に基づいて推定された選択肢を補正し、補正後の選択肢に基づき機器動作を指示する補正部とを備えている。
