Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft das Auskleiden von Rohren zur Sanierung von Leitungssystemen. Die Erfindung basiert auf einem wenigstens 2-stufigen Aushärten der Auskleidung. Als Material für die Auskleidung wird ein Polyurethan-Prepolymer bereitgestellt, das bei Umgebungstemperatur formstabil ist. Das Polyurethan-Prepolymer wird aufgeschmolzen und in das Rohr eingebracht. Es wird nun ein Überdruck in dem Rohr angelegt, so dass das die Auskleidung zur Anlage an der Rohrinnenseite kommt. Die Auskleidung wird für eine bestimmte Zeit unter Überdruck gehalten, damit die Auskleidung sich sauber an die Oberfläche des Rohres anlegen kann. Das Polyurethan-Prepolymer stabilisiert und verfestigt sich durch eine Kristallisation von alleine. Die Auskleidung wird formstabil. Die Endfestigkeit und Betriebseigenschaften der Auskleidung werden über eine Vernetzungsreaktion des Auskleidungsmaterials über die in der Umgebung vorhandene Feuchtigkeit erreicht. Die Auskleidung härtet beispielsweise durch die im Erdreich überall vorhandene Feuchtigkeit von alleine durch.
