[53] The opening/closing shaft 51 pressed down by the rotatable cam 62 approaches the outlet 12a, and thereby the opening/closing plate 52 transforms and tightly seals the outlet 12a. While the opening/closing shaft 51 approaches the outlet 12a, an elastic force is increased in the shaft return spring 61. [54] While the locking cam 63 presses down the rotatable cam 62, the rotatable cam 62 rotates by the interaction between the serrated part 63c and the inclined cam surfaces
62b. [55] Then, when the pressure on the button 40 is released, the opening/closing shaft 51 together with the rotatable cam 62 and the locking cam 63 moves toward the button 40
by the increased elastic force of the shaft return spring 61. [56] While the opening/closing shaft 51 and the locking cam 63 move toward the button
40, the rotatable cam 62 rotates again by the interaction between the inclined surfaces on the guide grooves 31a and the inclined cam surfaces 62b. [57] When the engaging ribs 62a are opposite to the grooves (the guide grooves 31a) through which both the engaging ribs 62a and the guide protrusions 63b can pass, at a rotation position of the rotatable cam 62, the opening/closing shaft 51 and the rotatable cam 62, together with the locking cam 63 and the button 40 are continuously returned to their original positions by the increased elastic force of the shaft return spring 61.
Herein, the opening/closing shaft 51 is returned to an opening position where the outlet
12a is opened by the opening/closing plate 52. [58] On the other hand, when the engaging ribs 62a are opposite to the grooves (the guide grooves 31a) through which only the guide protrusions 63b can pass, at the rotation position of the rotatable cam 62, returning movement of the opening/closing shaft 51 and the rotatable cam 62 is suppressed. Herein, the opening/closing shaft 51 is suppressed at a closing position where the outlet 12a is closed by the opening/closing plate 52. [59] The pumping part 70 includes: a piston 71 provided in the area between the guide tube 81 and the cylinder 21 so as to move in a longitudinal direction of the cylinder 21; and a lower return spring 72 whose both ends are supported by the piston 71 and the supporting bar 22; and an upper return spring 73 whose both ends are supported by the piston 71 and the bottom surface within the cap 30. [60] The piston 71 has a loading tube 71a vertically formed at the upper portion thereof, and a plurality of fragrance vent holes 71b formed on the circumferential area of the loading tube 71a. [61] The lower return spring 72 is provided in such a manner that the lower end is supported by the bottom surface of the spring recess 22c. [62] The upper return spring 73 is provided in the area between the loading tube 71a and the guide tube 81. [63] Hereinafter, the operation of the pumping part 70 configured as described above will be described with reference to FIG. 7 and FIG. 8. [64] When the cylinder 21 is shaken in a longitudinal direction of the opening/closing shaft 51, the piston 71 is alternately moved toward from the button 40 to the fragrance receptacle 10 by an elastic force increased in the lower return spring 72 and the upper return spring 73. [65] While the piston 71 moves toward the fragrance receptacle 10, the inside of the cylinder 21 is compressed, and thus the fragrance within the cylinder 21 is released to the outside through the fragrance releasing holes 21a (directly or via fragrance vent
holes) (see FIG. 7). [66] While the piston 71 moves toward the button 40, negative pressure occurs within the cylinder 21, and thereby the fragrance is inhaled into the inside of the cylinder 21 through the outlet 12a (see FIG. 8). [67] Hereinafter, a method of using the hand-held type aromatic capsule according to an embodiment of the present invention, which is configured as described above, will be described.
[68] First, the aromatic capsule is attached to a user body by using the clip 82.
[69] A user can open the outlet 12a by operating the button 40 in order to release the fragrance. [70] When the outlet 12a is opened, the fragrance within the fragrance receptacle 10 is released to the outside through the fragrance releasing holes 21a or the button insertion hole 32. Herein, when the user moves in such a manner that the piston 71 is alternately moved toward from the button 40 to the fragrance receptacle 10, the release of the fragrance is facilitated. [71] The user can close the outlet 12a by operating the button 40 in order to stop the release of the fragrance. [72] As described above, since the aromatic capsule according to the embodiment of the present invention has the pumping part 70 for facilitating the release of the fragrance, the released amount of the fragrance can be increased. [73] Also, the loading tube 71a formed at the upper portion of the piston 71 can facilitate the release of the fragrance (the moving distance and speed of the piston is increased by the load of the loading tube 71a), and can stably maintain the fixed state of the upper return spring 73. [74] Also, since the fixing recess 22b is formed on the top surface of the supporting bar
22 and the guide tube 81 is forcedly fitted in the fixing recess 22b, the assembled state of the cap 30 to the cylinder 21 can be stably maintained (the combining force between the guide tube and the supporting bar indirectly combines the cap with the cylinder).
