Abstract

L'invention porte sur un procédé de codage d'image qui effectue un traitement de codage sur un flux de données vidéo décodées obtenu par décodage d'un flux de données vidéo codées d'un programme de diffusion de télévision numérique. Le procédé comprend : un traitement de codage vidéo qui effectue un traitement de codage sur la base d'une définition du flux de données vidéo décodées ; et un traitement de détection de position changée qui détecte un changement de la définition dans le flux de données vidéo décodées. Lors de la détection d'un changement de la définition dans le traitement de détection de position changée, le traitement de codage vidéo termine le traitement de codage basé sur la définition précédente avant le changement et lance un traitement de codage basé sur une nouvelle définition après le changement. Le traitement de codage est effectué par traitement d'une partie du flux de données vidéo décodées immédiatement avant le changement et d'une partie immédiatement après le changement en tant que groupes d'images (GOP) différents indépendants.
