Abstract

Un bâtiment 210 comporte une pluralité de panneaux d'isolation incluant des panneaux de mur 21 1 et des panneaux de toit 212. Au moins une partie des voies de passage comporte des voies de passage pour fluide d'échange thermique. Un système de transfert de chaleur 200 comporte les panneaux 21 1, 212 et une pompe à chaleur 230 qui est alimentée avec de l'air préchauffé qui a traversé les panneaux 21 1, 212. L'énergie est extraite d'un circuit de sortie 250 de la pompe à chaleur 230.
