Abstract

Eine Pumpe besitzt eine Einlassöffnung, eine Auslassöffnung, eine Pumpmembran, die eine mit einem passiven Rückschlagventil versehene Öffnung durch die Pumpmembran aufweist, und eine Betätigungseinrichtung, die ausgelegt ist, um die Pumpmembran zwischen einer ersten Position und einer zweiten Position zu bewegen. Das passive Rückschlagventil ist derart ausgelegt, das eine Bewegung von der ersten Position in Richtung zu der zweiten Position schließend wirkt und eine Bewegung von der zweiten Position in Richtung zu der ersten Position öffnend wirkt, so dass ein Pumpzyklus, bei dem die Pumpmembran von der ersten in die zweite Position und zurück bewegt wird, einen Nettofluss von der Einlassöffnung zu der Auslassöffnung bewirkt.
