Abstract

It is intended to provide a coating method wherein the elution profile of the principle agent from granules containing a physiologically active substance is controlled by coating cores containing the physiologically active substance by spraying thereto a coating solution which contains a water-insoluble polymer, an organic solvent having a boiling point of 50oC or higher and water and in which the content ratio by weight of the organic solvent to the water is about 89/11 to about 50/50.
