Abstract

　本発明は、セルロース系バイオマスから、エタノールなど有用な物質を酵素反応と微生物による発酵により、容易かつ収率良く得るための変換方法の開発を課題とする。 　セルロース系バイオマスを酵素で糖さらには微生物でエタノール等有用物質に変換する際に、硬質のボール等を用いることにより、変換の効率が上昇することを見出した。
