Abstract

　ＤＮＡの機能性を更に向上できる機能性ＤＮＡの製造方法、この機能性ＤＮＡが導入された形質転換体、及び機能性ＤＮＡを含有する疾患治療剤を提供すること。 　機能性ＤＮＡの製造方法は、原料ＤＮＡに液体中で超高静水圧を印加することで、凝縮ＤＮＡを作製する印加手順を有する。これにより、細胞へのＤＮＡ導入効率が向上するとともに、細胞内での発現効率も向上する。
