Abstract

 軸受内部に入り込む潤滑油量を必要最小量にして、潤滑油の攪拌抵抗による発熱を抑えることができる転がり軸受の潤滑装置を提供する。転がり軸受1の外輪3に隣接する潤滑油導入体7に、転がり軸受1の内輪2の端面に向けて潤滑油を吐出するノズル11と、前記内輪2の端面に続く円筒面状をした内輪外径面2eに被さって、この内輪外径面2eとの間に軸方向に平行な隙間δを形成する環状鍔部9bとを設ける。前記内輪外径面2eにおける前記環状鍔部9bの先端よりも内輪軌道面側に離れた箇所に、軌道面部側が大径となる段差部2eaを設ける。
