Abstract

La présente invention concerne la synthèse d'un matériau comportant des nano-cristaux comportant de l'oxygène, du titane et de l'azote. Selon l'invention, on prévoit une combustion, par élévation de température d'au moins 50O0C, d'un précurseur comportant au moins du titane, de l'oxygène et de l'azote. Avantageusement, la combustion mise en œuvre peut être une pyrolyse laser et on peut utiliser l'ammoniac à la fois en tant que; réactif apportant l'élément azote, sensibilisateur de la réaction de pyrolyse, et fluide d'entraînement d'un autre réactif apportant l'élément titane.
