A. 电路域核心网设备发送包括振铃抑制指示的呼叫建立消息给移动终 端; B. 移动终端收到呼叫建立消息后, 发送振铃消息给电路域核心网设备 并抑制振铃, 与分组域核心网设备交互以进行数据下载;
