Description
A LAVATORY PAN SEAT
Field of technique
The useful model is in the scope of the chemical industry and more specifically of the domestic sanitary items production
Preceding state of technique
A lavatory pan seat is known as flat semi-empty item that is made by plastics or wood and it is shaped as semi halved ring, which is design for seating on the lavatory pan.
It is not known lavatory pan seat having features and functions for sucking cut an^ removal Gi SiiCKiπg gssβs IΓOΓΠ n iΘ lavatory psn during operation as air in the WC is keeping clear by this way.
The shortcomings of these constructions are that they are limited up to the function of seating and isolating the man from the direct contact to the faience lavatory pan.
Technical essence of the invention
The invention task is to be created a construction of a lavatory pan seat, by means of that the sticking gases from the lavatory pan to be sucked, filtered and removed during operation.
That could achieve by the proposed design of a lavatory pan seat, which is consists of two parts - a lid and a base, between an inner cavity is formed when these parts are assembled.
Stabilizing pads are fixed to the seat bottom side, which are so high so the base cavity is high. They are ready moulded or additionally mounted, glued or fixed by screws trough the middle of the lid inner area, as they allow by their narrow profile or trough the pads-self opening the gases and air to pass through the closed design and cavity of the seat.
The seat base forms rectangular-shaped cavity. Openings are bored in the inner wall bottom edge, which serve sticking gases to be sucked from the lavatory pan. The common inner opening of the seat ends with outer tubule for connecting the seat inner system to the filter and sucking electric motor. The connecting components are consisting of tips and tubules, providing connection between the lavatory pan seat, filter and sucking electric motor. A tubule tip connects the electric motor to a tubule for leading the cleaned air. The electric motor is connected to the lavatory pan seat by cables to a on/off switch, which is installed anywhere on the WC walls.
The walls of the lid bottom side are made with ledges in so manner that it can cover and lock to the base of the lavatory pan seat. The ring is shaped similar to the base of the lavatory pan seat thus that it can lay exactly on in the inner oval groove. The ring height is the same as the walls ofthe seat base, thus that seat touches the ring top side when it is closed. Random numbers of opening having random diameters are made on the ring vertical side. The ring could be moulded along the seat base. It could be made separately and than it could be glued to the seat base, or it could be free in the seat base, which gives a possibility for multiple taking out and setting aiming easy and comfortable sanitation. A filter is installed in the room between the inner level sector and the vertical sector of the ring, iid and Lhe base inner side.
The advantages of thus proposed decision are thus that air in the WC cabin has reserved cleaned following sucking, filtering and removal of stinking gases.
Description of the enclosed figures

On figure 4 the whole seat is shown in the version of seat along outer filter.
On figure 5 the sectional view A-A of the version of seat along built- in filter is shown.
On figure 6 top view of seat lid along built-in filter is shown.
On figure 7 below view of seat lid along built-in filter is shown.
On figure 8 a filter for building-in is shown.
Examples for realizing the invention
An illustrative realization of lavatory pan seat is the version along outer filter and it is shown on the figures Nos. 1 , 2, 3 and 4. The seat is consists of two parts 1 Ud I and base 2, which can be attached
and detached each other of necessity. An inner cavity has formed, between the kid 1 and the base 2, when they are assembled.
Stabilizing pads 3, which are so high so the base 2 is high, are fixed to the seat bottom side. They could be ready-molded or additionally assembled, glued or fixed by screws on the middle of the inner area of the lid 1 as there is a possibility gas and air to pass through the closed construction of the seat, due to their narrow profile or through the opening in the pads.
The stabilizing pads are used for strength of the seat construction in case of seating on it for version of outer filter, i.e., the gas-cleaning filter is taken out the seat. The lid 1 is flat.
The base 2 has inner depth and it forms a random-shaped cavity. Openings 4 are located in the bottom edge of the base 2; the sticking gases from the lavatory pan are sucked through them. The inner opening 9 ends with outer tubule 12, which connects the filter 7 and the sucking electric motor 8 to the seat interior system. The assembly 5 is standard component for fixing seat to the lavatory pan. The connecting elements 6 are consisting of tips and tubules, providing connection between the lavatory pan seat, the filter 7 and the sucking electric motor 8. The tip 10 connects the electric mqtor 8 to tubule 25 leading the cleaned air. The electric motor 8 and the filter 7 are connected to the lavatory pan seat by both air tube and to the on/off switch 11.
Another example of a lavatory pan seat is the version along built-in it cleaning filter, which is shown on figures Nos. 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8. The walls of the lit bottom side are made with ledges 19 and 20 in such manner that it can be covered up and locked to the base 2 of the seat. The ring 14 has a shape similar to one of the oase 2'such that
it can lie exactly on the it's oval-shaped inner groove. The ring 14 has height, which is equivalent to the base 2 walls of the seat; when the lid 13 is closed, the lid 13 touches to the top edge of the ring 17. Random number openings 18 having random diameters are made on the ring 14 vertical part. The ring 14 could be molded along the base 26 of the seat. It could be made separately and than to be glued to the base 26 of the seat or to be free in the base 2, which allows multiple taking out and putting in aiming easy and comfortable sanitation. The filter 21 is mounted in the room between inner level sector and the vertical sector of the ring 14, the lid 13 and the base 2 inner wall.
Practical implementation of the invention
The lavatory pan seat is mounted on the lavatory pan and it is connected to the electric motor 8, which is installed on suitable and* comfortable area in the WC cabin or out of it. In case of use of the lavatory pan, the whole system is turned on and the electric motor 8 start to work in suction mode. The electric motor 8 sucks the gases in the lavatory pan, which pass through the filters 7 and/or 21. The ones pass trough the grooves 18 in the room formed by the outer wall of the base 2, the lid 13, outer level part of the ring 14 and from the vertical part of the ring 14. In the same time, the electric motor 8 sucks clean air, which is exhausted through the tubules 25 and leads them in a vent hole or to another place. The stinking gases Suction and exhaust system is stopped by switch 11 after using lavatory pan.
