Abstract

　本発明は、標的遺伝子の発現を抑制する作用を有し、マイクロRNAまたはその誘導体等を含有する組成物等を提供することを目的とし、リード粒子とマイクロRNAまたは人工マイクロRNA等を構成成分とする複合粒子および該複合粒子を被覆する脂質二重膜から構成され、該脂質二重膜の構成成分が特定の極性有機溶媒に可溶であり、該脂質二重膜の構成成分および該複合粒子が、特定の濃度で該極性有機溶媒を含む液に分散可能である、該マイクロRNAまたは人工マイクロRNA等を封入したリポソームを含有する組成物等を提供する。
