Abstract

所望の作用をワークに与えることのできるようなサーボアンプへの目標波形を演算可能な疲労試験装置を提供する。 離散化された少なくとも一周期分の入力波形データをワークの変形量の変動波形のスペクトルに変換して初期スペクトルデータを生成し、初期スペクトルデータの各スペクトル成分に補正係数を乗じて第１のスペクトルデータを生成して第１のスペクトルデータを得、これを逆変換して得られる試験用波形データに基づいてテスト用ワークに荷重を加え、荷重が加えられているテスト用ワークの変形量の変動を示す出力波形データを取得し、出力波形データをテスト用ワークの変形量の変動波形のスペクトルに変換して第２のスペクトルデータを得、入力スペクトルデータの各周波数のスペクトル成分と第２のスペクトルデータの対応する周波数のスペクトル成分とに基づいて補正係数を修正する。
