Abstract

Since a preheat device (4) is constituted by arranging a plurality of water pipes (10) in the width direction (X) and raw water (W) is passed through the water pipes (10) and heated before being supplied to a solar heat utilization device (2), it is simply required to supply deficient heat to the solar heat utilization device (2) by solar light (L) collected by a reflector (1) and thereby the solar heat can be utilized effectively. It is advantageous in the aspect of cost as compared with a case where the reflector (1) is extended or upsized. Furthermore, installation work is facilitated because the lower surface of the water pipe (10) is simply touched to the ground surface (G).
