Abstract

　複数のルータＡ～Ｄにより構成されるパケット通信網を有するＩＰ電話システムにてパケットの経路制御を行う経路制御装置ＳＲは、ルータＡ～Ｄがそれぞれ保持するルーティング情報を収集するルーティング情報収集部２１と、輻輳の発生が検出されたルータＢを示すトラヒック情報を受信するトラヒック情報受信部２３と、トラヒック情報に基づき輻輳ルータを決定する輻輳ルータ決定部２４と、輻輳ルータＢを迂回してパケットを転送する迂回経路を決定する迂回経路決定部２６と、収集されたルーティング情報に迂回経路を設けた迂回ルーティング情報を生成する迂回ルーティング情報生成部２６と、ルータが用いるルーティング情報を迂回ルーティング情報に更新するルーティング情報更新部２１を備える。
