Abstract

【課題】　ピペットチップに吸引された液体の液面をＣＣＤカメラ等の撮像装置で撮影する場合に、ピペットチップ内の空気と液体との境目である液面を鮮明に、かつ高精度で検知することができる分注装置を提供する。 【解決手段】　分注ノズルに装着された透明或は半透明のピペットチップに吸引された液体の液面を撮像手段で撮影し、撮像画像から液面を解析する分注装置であって、上記ピペットチップの後方に配設されたバックライト板に縦縞のスリット模様を配置し、該縦縞のスリット模様により表示されるピペットチップ内の縦方向の明暗によって液面を検知するように構成した。
