Abstract

A recessed part (8d1) is formed by removing a part of the outer peripheral surface (8d) of a bearing sleeve (8) by laser beam processing, and injection molding of a housing (7) is performed by using the bearing sleeve (8) as an insert part. The recessed part (8d1) of the bearing sleeve (8) and a part of the housing (7) intruded into the recessed part (8d1) are axially engaged with each other, and the force of the fixing between these members can be increased. Furthermore, the occurrence of cut chips can be prevented by forming the recessed part (8d1) by laser beam processing, and such an event that the inner peripheral surface (8a) of the bearing sleeve is deformed due to the fixing force during the processing can be avoided.
