Abstract

抵抗率が低く、安価で、高温安定性に優れ、環境負荷の小さい等の高機能な金属複合酸化物を提供すること。 金属複合酸化物を含む仮焼物を得る仮焼成工程と、前記仮焼物を純水で洗浄する洗浄工程と、前記洗浄工程を経た仮焼物を本焼成する本焼成工程と、を有することを特徴とする製造方法で金属複合酸化物を製造する。好ましくは複数回純水で洗浄することでより構造欠陥の少ない焼結体になる。また、本発明で製造される、ペロブスカイト型の酸化物は抵抗率が低く、出力因子が高いことから熱電変換材料として用いることができる。
