Improvements introduced in the solar energy collection system for water or fluid heating and storage comprising a kind of flexible bag (5) operating as a usable fluid holder in solar energy heating system, which is not subject to negative pressures it would be if its structure was a rigid one. The collector (1) is made of vinyl, equivalent polymer or comparable material that collects the solar energy for heating the water or fluid stored in the holder (5). Said collecting plate (1) may be contained in sealed (3) frame (2) and the holder (5) is arranged in a thermal container (4), preferably a metallic one.

Description

IMPROVEMENTS INTRODUCED IN SOLAR ENERGY COLLECTION SYSTEM FOR WATER OR FLUID HEATING AND STORAGE
INTRODUCTION
The following utility model descriptive report refers to improvements introduced in a solar energy collection system for producing and storing water or other usable fluid, comprising a bag made of vinyl, equivalent polymer or comparable material serving as a holder, and a collecting plate made of the same polymer, which may be contained in a sealed frame or not.
STATE OF THE ART
Solar energy collecting systems and devices for the particular purpose of water heating are widely known and used for long, as an alternate and modernly ecologically suitable mode where further to the strictly financial saving non- pollutant power sources are desirable or required.
In searches conducted in the state of the art for such technologies, we may infer the absence of any devices or mechanisms conceived upon the use of flexible holder in the shape of a bag, or a collector made of vinyl, equivalent polymer or comparable material.
Disregarding the essentially rigid devices, we selected the following document:
MU 8.501.840-6, filed on 09/16/2005, under the title ELECTRIC VAPOR GENERATOR INTERLOCKED WITH SINGLE HOLDER FOR SAUNA ENVIRONMENT. It is consubstantiated in an electric vapor generator for sauna environments using an interlocked single holder for storing water and generating and distributing vapor, having a better theπnal efficiency for having an internal structure containing a thermal deflector that allows greater saving in electric power consumption as the water pre-heating is made in optimum temperature, allowing a better thermal use of the heat generated by the electric resistance for generating the vapor. The second improvement of the vapor generating equipment consists in altering the internal structure propitiating contact of the water feeding zones and storage zone, and vapor drying, by adapting an anti-drop deflector that enables the humid vapor to be blocked before arriving to the dry chamber to be released, preventing the passing of drops from such humid vapor directly through the vapor outlet to the sauna environment.
IMPROVEMENT SUMMARY
Thus, due to considerations relevant to the aforementioned state of art, the purpose of this utility descriptive report is the improvement of the solar energy collection system for producing and storing hot water or a fluid that can be used both for domestic or industrial, commercial or agricultural purposes.
Such improvements allow fluid heating and storage by using vinyl or comparable material providing saving of material, facilitation in the assembly process and a significant increase of assembly useful life, to the extent that the storing bag, for it being flexible, does not suffer the negative pressures it would be subject to if not, which absolutely jeopardize the structure of the rigid material conventional devices are molded of, causing even their rupture and uselessness. FIGURE DESCRIPTION
The featuring of this document for a patent of utility model is made through drawings representing the improvement hereby introduced, so that the collection system may be fully reproduced through proper technique, allowing the full featuring of the functionality of the object applied for.
From the figures prepared, which express the best or preferred form for producing the idealized product, the written portion of the report shall be the fundamental one, through a detailed and consecutive numbering that clarifies aspects that may be presumed by the representation adopted, so as to clearly determine the intended protection.
Such figures are merely illustrative ones, and may have variances that shall not, however, escape from the original postulation.
In such event, we have:
FIGURE 1 illustrates a representation in side schematic orthogonal view of the proposed improvement demonstrating the constructiveness of the collection device (1), that is, in the form of a plate arranged on a supporting structure (2);
FIGURE 2 illustrates a representation in side schematic orthogonal view of the proposed improvement showing the constructiveness of the collection device (1) where the sealed frame (3) is provided; and
FIGURE 3 illustrates a representation in side schematic orthogonal view of the proposed improvement demonstrating the assembly of the storage device (4), particularly the flexible bag (5).
FIGURE 4 illustrates the flexible bag (5) conformation.
FIGURE 5 illustrates a representation in orthogonal view of the storage device (4).
UTILITY DETAILED DESCRIPTION
The improvement described herein reflects a solar energy collection system for water or fluid heating and storage serving to the object purpose, and comprise a collecting plate (1) and holder (5) made in vinyl, equivalent polymer or comparable material that collect (1) the solar energy through the heating of the fluid stored in the flexible holder (5).
It is also possible that the collecting plate (1) is contained in a sealed (3) frame (2).
We have also that the flexible holder (5) is kept in a preferably metallic and thermal container (4).
