Abstract

L'invention concerne la formation d'un élément de commutation et d'un élément de détecteur optique sur le même substrat. L'absorbance de lumière de la couche de conversion photoélectrique (35) peut être supérieure à celle de la couche de canal (25) par formation de la couche de conversion photoélectrique (35) plus épaisse que la couche de canal (25) ou par formation de la couche de conversion photoélectrique (35) en un matériau différent de celui de la couche de canal (25).
