Abstract

 本発明は、細胞内に取り込まれた被検物質を詳細かつ簡便に検出できる検出方法に関する。アミノ基またはイミノ基を有する被検物質をNBD-F(4-フルオロ-7-ニトロベンゾフラザン)で標識し、標識物質を細胞内に取り込ませる。細胞内に取り込まれた標識物質からの蛍光を検出することで、細胞内に取りこまれた被検物質を詳細かつ簡便に観察することができる。本発明は、例えば、薬物や神経伝達物質などの作用機序の研究などに有用である。
