Abstract

The devices disclosed have the task of picking up or collecting items to be picked up. The special characteristics of the design also allow the use for other tasks, such as a hand toy.

A. Bag attached to the animal

The presented device is a Kotauffangvorrichtung for animals. It is suitable for all types of animals, especially for dogs. The pollution of public and private places by dog excrement is a problem. The dog owner is obliged to eliminate the dog extermination by law. Picking up freshly deposited droppings with the hand protected with a bag is often uncomfortable. There are various devices e.g. Pliers known with which the once deposited droppings can be removed. This works differently depending on the situation, e.g. It is difficult to completely remove dog excrement from a meadow. A problem with this design is the possible lateral blurring of the device, especially as a dog often moves its tail. The attachment to the rod must be firm, but on the other hand not so strong that it would cause pain to the animal.

It has therefore been proposed in PCT / DE 2005/001353 that body clips KK are part of the device, which each extend on the outside of the thighs and thus prevent the device from becoming shaky. Fig. 3

The disadvantage of these body clips KK, however, is that they are quite bulky and therefore can be carried badly by the dog owner. In addition, each dog needed custom size adjustments to make it work reliably.

Therefore, a new decisive proposal should now be made which is simply more advantageous for use on living things.

Namely, elastic rubber rings ERU are simply attached to the two lower corners of the Kotauffangbegrenzung. Fig. 4

If an elastic rubber ring ERR is also selected for attachment to the rod, it will generally be stronger and wider than the two lower elastic rubbers ERU. But even here its elasticity allows a slight slipping over the rod. In this case, the elastic rubber ring ERR is spread over the hand Hd or at least over the thumb, index and middle finger, which then also grasps the tail. It is also possible to use two elastic rings ERR, which are attached either one behind the other or side by side. A very good option, is also that the device is initially applied normally (elastic rubber rings around rod ERR and the two hind legs ERU). Then the elastic rubber ring ERR is additionally pulled upwards at maximum, and then a small clip or a small clamp KL is placed on the rubber ring directly above the rod. The sole attachment of the three elastic rubber bands (each forming a closed loop for pushing over rod, right hind leg, and left hind leg) on the plastic bag B, of course, has the advantage that it is a small disposable easy-to-carry article. Commercially available plastic bags can be used, which are only processed accordingly. Therefore, of course, the anchoring must be so strong that the bag holds. It comes to help, that the dog holds up the tail during the feces paragraph and settles relatively far. If the bag is chosen so long that it reaches down to the ground during feces sales, the feces can not unfold its weight. The knotting of a rubber band with the plastic bag can from the

It is also crucial that, through this construction of quite ordinary plastic bags, the development of such constructions really approaches the requirement of commercial usability to be cheap and practicable. For example, a dog owner is only willing to carry small practical things with him permanently and always have them ready. Of course, instead of plastic bags, all other materials of bags are conceivable, such as paper bags, etc.

Other types of bags, such as Drawstring bag ZB or drawstring bag KB can also be used. These are also provided with cutouts A1, A2, and A3, but then serve the inserted cord K or the drawstring Z for killing over the rod or around the rod around. The advantage of this design is therefore clearly that with the same cost of materials arise two bags.
