Abstract

　本発明の分析装置は、分析対象となる流体試料を収容するマイクロチップと、前記マイクロチップを収容する収容部と、前記マイクロチップ中の前記流体試料を加熱および／または冷却する素子と、前記素子が設置される設置部とを備える。前記収容部と、前記設置部とは、着脱可能に接続される。前記収容部の前記マイクロチップが設置される部分は、熱伝導性部材で構成されるとともに、前記収容部と前記設置部とを接続した状態において、前記素子と熱伝導可能に接触する。
