Abstract

ミストノズルの種々の特性の自由度を得るとともにミストノズルの製造コストの低減を図る。液体が旋回する旋回室(17c)を構成する開口部、前記旋回室(17c)に対して液体の略旋回方向に向けて流入する複数の流路(17b)を構成する開口部、及び液体をそれらの流路に導く導入口(17a)が形成された3枚以上の第1薄板(13a,13b)と、流路(17b)及び旋回室(17c)の内壁を構成するとともに導入口(17a)が形成された第2薄板(14)と、液体を噴射するためのオリフィス(11)を有するオリフィス板(30)とを備えている。ここで、第2薄板(14)を前述の3枚以上の第1薄板(13a,13b)の間の任意の位置に配置して重ね合わせ、さらにオリフィス板(30)を重ね合わせることにより、流路、旋回室を有するミストの制御部(19a)と、導入口(17a)に接続する液体の液体導入部19bが形成される。
