本实用新型针对现有技术存在之缺失， 其主要目的是提供一种可折叠 式婴儿餐椅， 其折叠后节省空间， 方便存放和运输。
为实现上述之发明目的， 本实用新型采用如下技术方案：
一种可折叠式婴儿餐椅， 包括一座椅、 一底盘以及一组可收折的支架 构成， 该支架连接于上述座椅、 底盘之间， 该座椅上设有一可自由从座椅 上拆装的餐盘， 该底盘下部凹设有一可供餐盘收纳并固定于其内的容置空 间。
所述餐盘包括一盘体以及沿盘体两侧枢接的定位臂， 该定位臂与座椅 间形成可折装之机构。
所述定位臂的下缘设有弹性扣和定位柱， 在座椅上则对应开设有可分 别供弹性扣、 定位柱配合之卡槽和定位槽。
确 本 所述容置空间内设有至少一卡扣住餐盘的弹性卡勾和至少一顶紧餐盘 的限位肋条， 弹性卡勾与限位肋条之间组合形成一可容纳并固定餐盘的凹 槽。
所述座椅上枢接有一靠背。
综上所述， 本实用新型与现有技术相比之有益效果在于：
1、 将座椅上之餐盘设计为可拆装结构， 一方面使得当用户不需要此餐 盘时， 可从座椅上拆下； 另一方面餐盘可收纳固定于底盘内， 也使得餐盘 不易丟失。
2、本实用新型之各部件之间均设有旋转或收折结构，使得座椅与餐盘、 靠背及底盘之间都可折叠， 从而有效的減小占用空间， 进一步可为存放和 运输提供方便， 节省成本。 附图说明

下面结合附图与具体实施例来对本实用新型进行详细说明：
参照图 1和图 2示出了本实用新型一种实施例的具体结构， 由图可看 出， 该可折叠式婴儿餐椅包括一座椅 10, 座椅 10后部设有一靠背 20, 前 部是一餐盘 30, 下方是一底盘 40。 底盘 40与座椅 10之间设有一 X形可收 折支架 60。 底盘 40用于与地面或该婴儿餐椅的其它支撑面接触， X形可收 折支架 60将座椅 10支撑在底盘 40上，并当需要折叠时 X形可收折支架 60 可有效的收合并隐藏在座椅 10与底盘 40之间 （ X形可收折支架 60为已公 开使用之现有技术， 在此不再赘述）。 座椅 10和靠背 20分别用来与婴儿的 臀部和背部接触， 餐盘 30则有方便婴儿扒在上面玩耍或用餐之功效。
其中，餐盘 30包括一盘体 31以及沿盘体两侧枢接的定位臂 32。定位臂 32与座椅 10之间设有一可拆装机构 50,使得餐盘 30可从座椅 10上拆下。 定位臂 32的下部设有一弹性扣 5Ga和一定位柱 50b， 该弹性扣 50a和定位 柱 50b分别对应插装入位于座椅 40两侧的卡槽 50c和定位槽 50d内。该弹 性扣 50a、 定位柱 50b和卡槽 50c、 定位槽 50d的组配结构即为上述之可拆 装机构 50。
参照图 3至图 5示出了本实用新型餐盘 30及其折叠后收藏时的具体结 构，由图可知，餐盘 30两侧定位臂 32与盘体 31之间设有第一旋转装置 33， 该笫一旋转装置 33使得定位臂 32与盘体 31枢接， 并可旋转后折叠起来贴 紧在盘体 31上。 为了使餐盘 30折叠后有效的收藏起来， 本实用新型在底 盘 40的下侧面凹设有一容置空间 41;该容置空间 41内设有一弹性卡勾 41a 和一长条与餐盘 30前侧之外形相匹配的限位肋条 41b; 该弹性卡勾 41a卡 扣在餐盘 30的后侧的中部， 而限位肋条 41b则顶靠在餐盘 30前侧的侧面 上。 如此以来， 餐盘 30被有效的固定在底盘 40下侧面的容置空间 41内。
为了达到本实用新型折叠后更加小巧且方便携带之目的， 本实用新型 在靠背 20与座椅 10之间设有第二旋转装置 21 (参照图 1 ), 该第二旋转装 置 21使得靠背 20与座椅 10枢接， 并可有效的旋转折叠后贴紧在座椅 10 上（参照图 6 )。 综上所述，本实用新型之重点在于通过在底盘 40与座椅 10之间设一 X 形可收折支架 60、在座椅 10与靠背 20之间设置第二旋转装置 21及将餐盘 30设为可收纳固定在底盘 40下部的容置空间 41 内的结构形式， 有效的实 现了靠背 20、餐盘 30及底盘 40均可折叠，使得本实用新型折叠后占用空间 更小， 进一步为存放和运输提供方便。
以上所述， 仅是本实用新型一种可折叠式婴儿餐椅的较佳实施例而已， 并非对本实用新型的技术范围作任何限制， 故凡是依据本实用新型的技术 实质对以上实施例所作的任何细微修改、 等同变化与修饰， 均仍属于本实 用新型技术方案的范围内。

1、 一种可折叠式婴儿餐椅， 包括一座椅、 一底盘以及一組可收折的支 架构成， 该支架连接于上述座椅、 底盘之间， 其特征在于： 该座椅上设有 一可自由从座椅上拆装的餐盘， 该底盘下部凹设有一可供餐盘收纳并固定 于其内的容置空间。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的可折叠式婴儿椅， 其特征在于： 所述餐盘包 括一盘体以及沿盘体两侧枢接的定位臂， 该定位臂与座椅间形成可折装之 机构。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的可折叠式婴儿椅， 其特征在于： 所述定位臂 的下缘设有弹性扣和定位柱， 在座椅上则对应开设有可分别供弹性扣、 定 位柱配合之卡槽和定位槽。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的可折叠式婴儿椅， 其特征在于： 所述容置空 间内设有至少一卡扣住餐盘的弹性卡勾和至少一顶紧餐盘的限位肋条， 弹 性卡勾与限位肋条之间组合形成一可容纳并固定餐盘的凹槽。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的可折叠式婴儿椅， 其特征在于： 所述座椅上 枢接有一靠背。
