Abstract

 浮上モータ固定子を、連結して使用できるユニットとし、連結数を変えることによってユーザーがストロークを任意に選択できる磁気浮上システムを提供する。  制御対象に取り付けられて前記制御対象に浮上力を発生させるための浮上アクチュエータ可動子(12)と、前記制御対象の動作時の反力を受ける固定または可動構造体に取り付けられる浮上アクチュエータ固定子(13)とを備え、前記浮上アクチュエータ固定子(13)は、推進方向に連結できる浮上アクチュエータ固定子ユニット(20)~(23)から構成され、前記浮上アクチュエータ固定子ユニット(20)~(23)は、前記浮上アクチュエータ可動子(12)との間に浮上力を発生するためのコイル(302)と鉄心(301)とを備え、複数の前記浮上アクチュエータ固定子ユニット(20)~(23)を前記推進方向に連結した際、前記鉄心(301)が隙間無く連続するように、前記鉄心(301)の先端部の長さを前記コイル(302)の両端の長さよりも長いかまたは同じ長さとするものである。
