A neck, exercising device comprising : an adjustable head rest (f ig. 1, 2, 6); column having upper and lower parts connected by a changeable resistance (fig.1 3, 4, 7); and a support for anchoring the device.

Description

NECK EXERCISING APPARATUS
Technical Field
The Neck Problems Instrument is considering among the field of qualifying and sports instruments specially the place of the neck and above vertebral column where as the field concerns with the following: (1) Increasing the efficiency of all the human body's parts.
(2) Reaching maximum rate of flexibility and bearing the daily life problems.
(3) Increasing the body's resistance for diseases.
(4) Helping in qualifying the infected people in both systems the bony and muscles.
(5) Helping in decreasing the fats from the body. (6) Decreasing the cholesterol blood level.
(7) Increasing the operations of benefit from substances from food.
(8) Improving the body's form.
(9) Helping in increasing the skin's efficiency in sweet secretion. Background Art: The neck area considers is a neglected areas in the body from many sides:
(1) Neglecting the neck muscles exercises.
(2) Neglecting the vertebral column and cartilages and increasing the pressure on themes
(3) Increasing fats in the neck's area and under the beard.
(4) Increasing the wrinkles of the neck skin area because for over age. (5) Sitting for long time on the computer devices and the offices of work.
(6) The miss sleeping on unhealthy beds.
And from here the idea of protection instrument for the neck, under beard, and upper vertebral column from the problems and helping in it's solution when it happens. Where as it based on the following theories: - The muscles work better when it were active and flexible.

- When the muscles increase their power they tighten the skin surrounded to them. The task of the instrument:
It increase the neck's efficiency by exercising and strengthen its muscles through increasing the effort gradually on the muscles the following will happens :
- Increasing the muscles' power.
- Increasing the burning up of fats in the area under the beard and neck.
- Tighten the skin of the neck area and then remove the wrinkles.
- Increasing the neck resistance for the pressure. - Improving the beauty shape for under the face and the neck. - Decreasing the pains of upper vertebral column .
- Decreasing the burden and the heavy upper vertebral column and cartilages between vertebras and loading the most of it on the muscles .
- Helping the persons who desire to exercise the neck easily and carefully . - Protection from computer diseases .

(3) The opening of the second ring for the controller in keeping away the head and the neck .
(4) The body of the fixing . (5) The controller in the high's fixing of the upper part .

8- Protecting the ability of adding a device for neck exercising to any sport instrument as one of the function of the new instrument . 9- Protecting the ability of adding magnetic parts for the back or massages for the back , neck and the head .
10- Protecting the ability making the instrument from many materials weather they are mineral or plastic .
11- Protecting the ability making the resistance from mineral or any other flexible substances .
12- Protecting the ability for changing the angle of lower part to fix the device to be suitable with- the surfaces .
