Abstract
本発明は、金属的電気伝導特性又は超伝導特性を有するホールドープされたホウ炭化リチウムの製造方法であり、六方晶型の結晶構造からなるホウ炭化リチウム化合物を真空雰囲気下中で所定の表面積を有するリチウム吸着材とともに、500°C乃至1000°Cで5時間以上熱処理することにより、ホウ炭化リチウム化合物から多くのリチウムを除去して、金属的電気伝導特性又は超伝導特性を有するホールドープされたホウ炭化リチウムを製造する。
