Description

Description WRAPPER FOR RICE COVERED WITH LAVER
Technical Field
[1] The present invention relates to a wrapper for rice covered with laver that is used to wrap lump-shaped rice covered with laver, and more particularly, to a wrapper for rice covered with laver that can be conveniently separated from rice covered with laver at one time. Background Art
[2] In a conventional wrapper that is used to wrap lump-shaped rice covered with laver, laver is interposed between two layers, that is, an inner layer and an outer layer that each have a quadrangular shape and are made of a plastic material, and edges of the inner and outer layers are attached to each other.
[3] In order to wrap rice covered with laver by using the wrapper, first, a lump of rice that has a triangular shape or a predetermined shape is placed on the inner layer. Then, the wrapper is folded at the bottom side of the triangular lump of rice so as to align lower and upper edges of the wrapper. Therefore, the front and rear surfaces of the rice are wrapped with the wrapper.
[4] Subsequently, upper corners of the folded wrapper are folded at the other sides of the triangular lump of rice toward the rear side of the triangular lump of rice. Then, the folded corners of the wrapper are attached to the outer layer on the rear side of the lump of rice by a sticker or the like. Therefore, the lump of rice is completely wrapped.
[5] In order to eat the rice covered with laver that is wrapped as described above, a cutting band, which is provided on the outer layer in a vertical direction, is pulled from the top to the bottom on the front side of the triangular rice covered with laver. Then, the cutting band is pulled from the bottom to the top on the rear side of the triangular rice covered with laver. Accordingly, the outer layer is cut so as to be separated into a left half portion and a right half portion with respect to a centerline.
[6] Meanwhile, since the inner layer has a slot opened in a vertical direction at the middle portion thereof, a separate cutting operation does not need to be performed. Therefore, the outer layer and the inner layer of the wrapper are divided into a left half portion and a right half portion with respect to the centerline of the triangular rice covered with laver by pulling the cutting band that is provided on the outer layer. Then, the wrapper can be separated by pulling the wrapper toward the left and right sides.
[7] However, the above-mentioned wrapper where the inner layer is cut is used to wrap triangular rice covered with laver. For this reason, there have been problems in that it is not possible to allow expiration date to be lengthened, the taste of the triangular rice covered with laver deteriorates, and laver is made moist due to vapor generated from rice.
[8] In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, a wrapper has been disclosed in
Korean Patent No. 495321. In the wrapper, as shown in FIG. 9, an inner layer 100 does not have a slot, and a cutting band 200 is further provided on the inner layer 100 to cut the inner layer 100 instead.
[9] Accordingly, according to Korean Patent No. 495321, as shown in FIG. 10, an outer layer 300 is cut by a cutting tape 400 for separating the outer layer 300, from the top to the bottom in a vertical direction on the front side of the triangular rice covered with laver. Then, the outer layer 30 is cut by the cutting tape from the bottom to the top in the vertical direction on the rear side of the triangular rice covered with laver (see (a) to (c) in FIG. 9).
[10] Subsequently, like the outer layer, the inner layer 100 is cut by the cutting band
200 for separating the inner layer 100 in the vertical direction of the triangular rice covered with laver (see (d) in FIG. 9). As a result, it is possible to cut the inner and outer layers 100 and 300 into a left half portion and a right half portion.
[11] As described above, the cutting tape 400 for separating the outer layer 300, and the cutting tape 200 for separating the inner layer 100 are separately provided in the wrapper disclosed in Korean Patent No. 495321. For this reason, in order to completely remove the wrapper, the cutting band 200 for separating the inner layer 100 needs to be gripped again to cut the inner layer 100 after the cutting of the outer layer 300.
[12] Accordingly, the removal of the wrapper for rice covered with laver is troublesome. As a result, product competitiveness of triangular rice covered with laver pursuing convenience deteriorates. Disclosure of Invention Technical Problem
[13] The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problem, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a wrapper for rice covered with laver that can be simply and easily separated from lump-shaped rice covered with laver at one time. Technical Solution
[14] In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, according to an aspect of the present invention, a wrapper for rice covered with laver, which is used to wrap a lump of rice, includes an outer layer, an inner layer, an outer layer-cutting band, an inner layer-cutting band, and a connecting band. The outer layer forms an outer surface of the wrapper for rice covered with laver. The inner layer is attached to the outer layer at peripheral parts thereof so as to airtightly cover laver placed on the outer layer. The outer layer-cutting band is attached to the outer layer so as to extend downward from an upper portion of the outer layer. The inner layer-cutting band is attached to the inner layer so as to extend downward from an upper portion of the inner layer, and a lower end of the inner layer-cutting band is connected to a lower end of the outer layer- cutting band. One end of the connecting band is fixed to the outer layer-cutting band, and the other end thereof is fixed to the inner layer-cutting band.
[15] In the above-mentioned wrapper for rice covered with laver, one end of the connecting band may be fixed to a lower portion of the outer layer-cutting band, and the other end thereof may be fixed to an upper portion of the inner layer-cutting band.
[16] In the above-mentioned wrapper for rice covered with laver, a cut groove elongated in a longitudinal direction is formed at an upper end of the outer layer so that the outer layer-cutting band is easily gripped.
[17] In the above-mentioned wrapper for rice covered with laver, the inner layer may include a cut-out portion so as to be easily cut, an upper end of the inner layer-cutting band may be fixed to the cut-out portion, and the other end of the connecting band may be attached to an upper end of the inner layer-cutting band.
[18] The above-mentioned wrapper for rice covered with laver may further include a cover that has an area larger than the cut-out portion and is attached to the cut-out portion.
[19] In the above-mentioned wrapper for rice covered with laver, the cut-out portion has the shape of an opening or a cut groove.
Advantageous Effects
[20] According to the present invention, when a wrapper is removed from a lump-shaped rice covered with laver, the wrapper for rice covered with laver makes it possible to easily separate the wrapper from laver and rice only by gripping and pulling a cutting band at one time. [21] Further, since a user can easily and conveniently separate the wrapper due to the simple separation of the wrapper, it is possible to improve product competitiveness of triangular rice covered with laver pursuing convenience.

Further, the outer layer-cutting band may be made of the same material as the outer or inner layer 10 or 30 or a material stronger than the layers. The outer layer-cutting band 20 is formed to vertically extend downward from the upper central portion of the outer layer 10.
[37] The inner layer 30 is made of the same material as the outer layer 10, or a material that can be easily broken by the cutting band. Like the outer layer 10, the inner layer includes an inner peripheral part 30a that is formed in an inner portion of the inner layer 30 along the periphery thereof, and outer peripheral parts 32 that are formed outside the inner peripheral part 30a.
[38] The inner layer 30 covers the outer layer 10 on which laver is placed. Then, the inner peripheral part 10a of the outer layer 10 and the inner peripheral part 30a of the inner layer 30 are attached or thermally bonded to each other, so that the laver does not come in contact with external air.
[39] A cut-out portion 31, which has the shape of a quadrangular groove, is formed at the upper portion of the inner layer 30 so that the inner layer 30 can easily cut.
[40] According to this embodiment, the cut-out portion 31 of the inner layer 30 has the shape of an opening. However, the cut-out portion is not limited thereto, and a simple cut groove may be formed as the cut-out portion. As long as the inner layer 30 can be easily broken, any other type of cut-out portion may be employed.
[41] Meanwhile, since the cut-out portion 31 is opened, moisture flows through the cutout portion 31, which makes the laver moist. Accordingly, there is a possibility that the taste of the rice covered with laver deteriorates. For this reason, a cover 60 is attached to the cut-out portion 31 so as to prevent the inflow of moisture.
[42] The cover 60 may be generally formed of a paper sticker, and has an area larger than the cut-out portion 31 so as to cover the cut-out portion 31.
[43] The inner layer-cutting band 40 is made of the same material as the outer layer- cutting band 20, and has the same color as the outer layer-cutting band. The inner layer-cutting band is attached to the inner portion of the inner layer 30 so as to vertically extend downward from the upper portion of the inner layer. The lower end of the inner layer-cutting band is connected to the lower end of the outer layer-cutting band 20, and the upper end of the inner layer-cutting band is fixed to the cut-out portion 31.
[44] The connecting band 50 has structure known in the art like the cutting band 20, and is formed to have yellow color so that a user can discriminate the connecting band from the red outer and inner layer-cutting bands 20 and 40. The connecting band may be made of the same material as the layers or a material stronger than the layers so as to break the outer layer 10 or the inner layer 30.
[45] One end of the connecting band 50 is fixed to the lower portion of the outer layer- cutting band 20, and the other end thereof is fixed to the upper end of the inner layer- cutting band 40 that is fixed to the cut-out portion 31 of the inner layer 30.
[46] The connecting band 50 may be attached to the cutting bands 20 and 40 by using adhesive tapes or thermal bonding.
[47] Next, a procedure for wrapping rice by using the wrapper for rice covered with laver according to the present invention will be described with reference to drawings.
[48] FIG. 3 is a view illustrating a step (a) of a procedure for wrapping rice by using the wrapper for rice covered with laver according to the present invention.
[49] A triangular lump of rice is placed on the inner layer 30 of the wrapper for rice covered with laver. Then, the wrapper is folded at the bottom side of the triangular lump of rice so as to align lower and upper edges of the wrapper. Therefore, the front and rear surfaces of the rice are wrapped with the wrapper.
[50] FIG. 4 is a view illustrating a step (b) of a procedure for wrapping rice by using the wrapper for rice covered with laver according to the present invention.
[51] The outer peripheral parts 12 of the outer layer 10 and the outer peripheral parts 32 of the inner layer 30 are attached to each other by adhesion at the upper, left, and right sides of the wrapper. Subsequently, right and left upper corners of the wrapper are folded at the other sides of the triangular lump of rice toward the rear side of the triangular lump of rice.
[52] FIG. 5 is a view illustrating a step (c) of a procedure for wrapping rice by using the wrapper for rice covered with laver according to the present invention.
[53] Finally, the folded right and left upper corners of the wrapper are attached to the outer layer 10 of the wrapper on the rear side of the lump of rice by an adhesive member 70, such as an adhesive tape or a sticker, or adhesion. Therefore, the lump of rice is completely wrapped.
[54] FIG. 6 is a showing that rice is completely wrapped with the wrapper for rice covered with laver according to the present invention.
[55] Rice is wrapped with the wrapper for rice covered with laver according to the present invention in the same manner that rice is wrapped with the conventional wrapper for rice covered with laver. For the purpose of the grip of the outer layer- cutting band 20, one end of the outer layer-cutting band 20 is positioned at the upper portion on the front side of the triangular rice covered with laver, and the cut-out portion 31 used to cut the inner layer is provided in the inner layer 30 on the front side of the triangular rice covered with laver.
[56] An outer layer cutting step and an inner layer cutting step of a procedure for separating the wrapper from the rice covered with laver, which is wrapped with the wrapper according to the present invention, will be described below.
[57] FIG. 7 is a view illustrating a procedure for cutting the outer layer of the wrapper for rice covered with laver, which wraps rice, according to the present invention. [58] First, a user grips the outer layer-cutting band 20 that protrudes from the upper end of the outer layer 10, and pulls the outer layer-cutting band in a vertical direction from the top to the bottom on the front side of the triangular rice covered with laver as shown in the step (a) of FIG. 7. Accordingly, the outer layer 10 corresponding to the front side of the triangular rice is cut so as to be separated into a left half portion and a right half portion with respect to a centerline.
[59] Subsequently, when the user pulls the outer layer-cutting band 20 from the bottom to the top on the rear side of the triangular rice covered with laver as shown in the step (b) of FIG. 7, the outer layer 10 corresponding to the rear side of the triangular rice is cut so as to be separated into a left half portion and a right half portion with respect to the centerline.
[60] FIG. 8 is a view illustrating a procedure for cutting an inner layer of the wrapper for rice covered with laver, which wraps rice, according to the present invention.
[61] If the user continuously pulls the outer layer-cutting band 20 as shown in FIG. 8, the outer layer-cutting band 20 is completely separated from the wrapper for triangular rice covered with laver and the connecting band 50 of which one end is attached to the lower end of the outer layer-cutting band 20 is pulled together with the outer layer- cutting band.
[62] In this case, since the other end of the connecting band 50 is attached to the inner layer-cutting band 40 formed in the inner layer 30, the inner layer-cutting band 40 cuts the inner layer 30 corresponding to the front side of the triangular rice from the top to the bottom in a vertical direction while being pulled by the connecting band 50 as shown in FIG. 8A. Then, the inner layer-cutting band cuts the inner layer 30 corresponding to the rear side of the triangular rice from the bottom to the top in the vertical direction. Therefore, like the outer layer 10, the inner layer 30 is also completely cut so as to be separated into a left half portion and a right half portion with respect to a centerline of the triangular rice covered with laver.
[63] As described above, each of the outer and inner layers 10 and 30 is completely separated into the left half portion and the right half portion with respect to the centerline. Accordingly, if a user pulls the outer layer 10 and the inner layer 30 to the left and right sides in order to remove the layers as shown in FIG. 8B, only laver and rice remain. Then, the user wraps the triangular lump of rice with laver, and eats the rice covered with laver.
[64] That is, according to the present invention, since the outer layer 10 and the inner layer 30 are simultaneously broken and separated at one time only by pulling the outer layer-cutting band 20 formed in the outer layer 10 that is initially gripped to separate the wrapper, the user can very easily eat the rice covered with laver.
[65] A triangular lump of rice has been used in this embodiment. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and may be applied to a polygonal or circular lump of rice.
Industrial Applicability
[66] The present invention provides a wrapper for rice covered with laver that can be easily separated from a lump-shaped rice covered with laver at one time, and can be widely used in an industry of a rice covered with laver.
