Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de détecteur (10) permettant de déterminer la présence et/ou la quantité de fractions cibles (5) dans un premier fluide d'échantillon (4). Le dispositif de détecteur (10) comprend des moyens de déplacement de fluide pour déplacer de façon régulée le premier fluide d'échantillon (4) comprenant les fractions cibles (5) et un deuxième fluide de lavage (6). Le dispositif de détecteur (10) selon des modes de réalisation de l'invention permet le lavage et la détection répétés de la présence et/ou de la quantité de fractions cibles (7) attachées à une surface de substrat de détecteur (3). La présente invention concerne également un procédé permettant de former de tels dispositifs de détecteur (10) et un procédé permettant de déterminer la présence et/ou la quantité de fractions cibles (5) dans un premier fluide d'échantillon (4) à l'aide de ces dispositifs de détecteur (10).
