　電話回線を利用して通信装置間でデータ伝送するｘＤＳＬ通信システムに関し、電話回線の分岐回線に相当するブリッジタップによるデータ伝送特性に与える影響を緩和する。 　モデムを含む通信装置を接続してデータ伝送する電話回線１のブリッジタップ２に、このブリッジタップ２と同等の特性インピーダンスを有する延長線路５又はこの延長線路５と同等の特性の擬似線路を接続した構成とする。
