Abstract

Device for production and distribution of supplementary fuel in internal combustion engines, isolated from water, which is built into serially produced engines, provides the reduction of running fuel, petroleum products-petrol by 45%. By reducing the consumption of petrol, the emission of harmful poison gases is reduced and thus the environment, from ecological aspect, is healthier. Moreover, with a greater emission of water vapor as a product of the combustion of supplementary fuel, there are better conditions for rainy clouds to form, and at the same time there is a greater amount of water on our planet. Another important item about existing- building in of this device is an economic aspect. In addition, an essential reason for building in this device is that it is built in already serially produced engines.

Description

DEVICE FOR PRODUCTION AND DISTRIBUTION OF SUPPLEMENTARY FUEL IN INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINES- ISOLATED FROM WATER
Technical Field of the invention :
The invention is used in the field of mechanical industry- that is- automobile industry. According to The International Patent Classification ( IPC ) the mark is:
Technical problem :
The invention solves the problem of decreasing fuel consumption- petrol- with already produced serial internal combustion engines.
Background Art :
AU over the world there are many factories- manufacturers of internal combustion engines, which use fuel for their running- petroleum products- petrol and diesel. The number of these engines, which are built into cars and other vehicles, is becoming greater every day. The principle of running of these engines- with all manufacturers, is based on petroleum products combustion - petrol- and the only difference is in their performances.
Disclosure of invention :
The essence of the invention is that this system decreases fuel consumption- petrol. Even by 45 %, what is significant concerning the fact that there are less petroleum products. Moreover, it is very important that on the basis of decreased petrol consumption, environment polluting is consequently decreased; in other words engines, which use this system are ecological and more proper than the former. Brief description of the Drawings :
Picture 1. Shows a nozzle built in afterwards
Picture2. Shows a schematic principle of the system functioning - block scheme
Detailed description of the invention :
Into already produced serial internal combustion engines, which use fuel injection- petrol and with indirect- into carburetors and direct- injection, an additional nozzle 5 is built in. The supply of water with a catalyst, from a water reservoir is attached to the nozzle 5. The nozzle 5 is placed in the central part of the engine so that the mixture could equally enter into all cylinders. Now, this is the mixture - petrol- water-catalyst.
Initial starting f the engine is on petrol, and the device is automatically turned on at 30 degrees C of the engine working temperature and thus, turned off at the temperature below 30 degrees C. That means that there are no problems with starting- switching on and turning off- switching off of the engine. The temperature of the engines (in cylinders) goes between 450degrees and 900 degrees C, which is much lower than with serial already produced engines. Working temperature of the engines is from 0 to 90 degrees C. This device is tested on the automobile "Zastava 101" with 55ks, which traversed 45.00km before an experimental ride. After 5.000km, the same engine was disjoined in order to find out the condition of its technical and mechanical properties. No damages, concerning the parts of the cylinders, pistons with links, the engine hub or valves, were found out.
During the research, it was found out that the machine oil consumption was decreased from 3 to 41itres during the traversed mileage. It was also found out, during the testing, that the consumption of the petroleum product-petrol was significantly decreased to about 45%.
By using this device, max speed of the tested vehicle increased by 15%, and during "the empty motion" the number of rotations decreased from 1000r/min to 600r/min. By attaching this device to serially produced internal combustion engines, for which patent authorization is required, the following things are achieved:
- engine power increased
- fuel consumption-petrol-decreased
- environment polluting decreased, because the emission of poison gases decreased
Water reservoir 1 can be made either of plastic or metal. It can be built in the front part of a vehicle, where the engine is located, or in the trunk. Pipes 4, which connect the reservoir 1 to the engine by the nozzle 5, can be made of plastic or copper.

Patent request :
Device for production and distribution of supplementary fuel in internal combustion engines, isolated from water, reduces the consumption of running fuel-petrol. It is marked by this, that there is an additional nozzle 5 attached to the engine and connected to the reservoir 1 by pipes 4. The water flow in the pipes is regulated by electromagnetic valve 2, which is switched on by the switch 3 built in the switchboard 7.
