Abstract

 端末側でチャネル切り替えやチャネルザッピングをする場合に、待ち時間なく、エンドユーザにストレスを与えることなく、瞬時にチャネル切り替えやチャネルザッピングを可能とする。通信端末102は、配信サーバ101から伝送路104を通じて配信されるコンテンツ情報(例えばストリーム)を受信し、ユーザの操作により入力部105で入力された要求(コンテンツ情報の接続要求又は切替要求)に応じて、コンテンツ情報の先頭フレームを非予測フレームへ変換し、当該コンテンツ情報の先頭フレーム以外のフレームをスルーで出力する。
