Abstract
L'invention porte sur un dispositif chirurgical pour la connexion de la partie supérieure fracturée du fémur à la tige fémorale, le dispositif coopérant avec un équipement auxiliaire pour une introduction et une connexion du dispositif à l'os fracturé. Le dispositif chirurgical comprend une plaque de connecteur en forme de barre (1) avec une partie de tête (4) pour son introduction à travers une petite incision dans la peau, et comporte au moins deux alésages traversants, fraisés (7). Un alésage taraudé, oblique (5), à un angle de 100° à 140° dirigé dans une direction vers le haut, est formé dans la partie de tête pour recevoir un élément allongé (10) devant être introduit dans la partie d'os fracturé. La partie d'extrémité externe dudit élément allongé est positionnée à l'intérieur d'un manchon (14) et est mobile le long d'une direction axiale, l'extrémité externe dudit manchon (14) fournissant en outre un filetage interne engageant un bouchon (20) pour fermer le manchon (14) et empêcher ou limiter le déplacement axial dudit élément allongé (10). L'extrémité externe dudit manchon (14) comporte en outre un filetage (15) correspondant au filetage dans ledit alésage oblique (5) de la plaque de connecteur (1), et des moyens (16) pour l'engagement d'un tournevis. De préférence, l'élément allongé a une section transversale ayant de 1 à N surfaces planes et correspondant à la surface interne dudit manchon (14), ce par quoi ledit élément allongé (10) ne peut pas tourner à l'intérieur dudit manchon.
