在现实生活中, 人们经常需要进行数据的移动交换, 于是 USB存 储设备得到了广泛的应用, 所谓 USB存储设备即为 USB接口的具有数 据存储功能的物理设备, 如现实生活中常见的 USB闪盘和优盘等。 现 有技术中对 USB存储设备的访问是通过其 USB物理接口以及 USB驱 动程序来实现的, 将 USB存储设备作为 USB从设备通过 USB物理接口 接入 USB主设备,如 PC, 并通过 USB驱动程序使得 USB主设备能够对 该 USB存储设备进行数据的添加、 删除等操作。
在现实生活中,人们经常利用 USB无线调制解调器实现互联网络 的无线访问, 所谓 USB无线调制解调器即为 USB接口的具有无线互联 功能的物理设备,该 USB无线调制解调器可以通过 USB接口与 PC相连 接, 从而为 PC提供与网络的无线互联功能。
而现实生活中, 人们可能同时需要既通过 USB无线调制解调器 实现无线网络访问又通过 USB存储设备实现数据的移动存储, 此时 人们将不得不同时将 USB无线调制解调器和 USB存储设备接入 PC, USB无线调制解调器和 USB存储设备分别占用 PC上不同的 USB接 口, 在 USB接口有限的情况下, 无疑会造成 USB接口资源的浪费。 而且, 必须同时携带 USB无线调制解调器和 USB存储设备, 甚至在 USB接口资源不够用时, 还需携带 USB集线器, 从而给人们的曰常 使用带来很大的不便。 实用新型内容
本实用新型实施例提供一种调制解调器,以解决现有技术中 USB 无线调制解调器和 USB存储设备相互独立使用,造成 USB接口资源 浪费和携带不便的问题。
为达到上述目的, 本实用新型实施例提供一种调制解调器, 包括 调制解调功能模块, 还包括: 集线功能模块和至少一个存储模块, 所 述存储模块和所述调制解调功能模块分别与所述集线功能模块相连 接。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型实施例通过在现有的调制解调器内 增设存储模块,使得调制解调器具备大容量数据存储能力,节省 USB 接口资源, 方便用户的使用。 附图说明

下面结合附图和具体实施例进一步详细说明。
本实用新型实施例提供一种调制解调器 ,通过在现有的调制解调 器内增设存储模块, 使得调制解调器具备大容量数据存储能力。 下面 以 USB无线调制解调器为例对本实用新型实施例进行详细说明, 但 是本实用新型实施例并不局限于 USB无线调制解调器, 还包括其他 类型的调制解调器, 如: PCMCIA ( Personal Computer Memory Card International Association, 个人计算机存储卡国际联盟)调制解调器、 ExpressCard (快速卡 )调制解调器等。 这些调制解调器的接口虽然不 是 USB接口, 但是在实际应用中可将这些调制解调器的接口映射为 USB接口。
如图 1所示, 图 1为本实用新型实施例一种 USB无线调制解调 器的结构示意图。 该 USB无线调制解调器 100包括: 无线调制解调 功能模块 101、 存储模块 102和集线功能模块 103。
其中, 无线调制解调功能模块 101 , 用于实现无线信号的调制解 调相关功能, 使得用户可以接入无线通信网络, 实现与无线通信网络 的互联及通信功能。 存储模块 102用于实现用户数据的大容量存储, 用户可通过 USB接口对该存储模块 102进行访问, 并可对该存储模 块 102中的数据进行存取、 添加或删除等操作。 该存储模块 102的存 储介质可以为 Flash芯片, Flash芯片体积很小但容量却很大, 目前可 达到 8G的存储容量, 从而使内置 Flash芯片的存储模块 102能够方 便的设置在该 USB无线调制解调器 100中。
需要指出的是,用来实现大容量存储的存储模块 102的存储介质 可以是 USB无线调制解调器 100中用来存储固件的 Flash芯片中剩余 的存储部分,也可以是一个或多个完整的 Flash芯片。若存储模块 102 的存储介质为 USB无线调制解调器 100中用来存储固件的 Flash芯片 中剩余的存储部分, 则需要对该 Flash芯片进行存储空间划分, 即划 分一定存储空间用来存储该 USB无线调制解调器 100的固件, 剩余 存储空间用来实现用户数据的大容量存储。
无线调制解调功能模块 101和存储模块 102分别通过 USB接口 与集线功能模块 103相连接,该集线功能模块 103的下行接口可为多 个, 因此, 根据需要, 该集线功能模块 103可同时连接多个存储模块 102, 连接的多个存储模块 102可同时进行用户数据的大容量存储。 该集线功能模块 103的上行接口只有一个,用来连接 PC等 USB主设 备。 当该 USB无线调制解调器 100通过集线功能模块 103的上行接 口接入 PC后,用户可同时实现 USB无线调制解调器 100内的数据存 取, 以及无线网络通信功能。 需要指出的是, 本实用新型实施例为 USB 的无线调制解调器, 其内部的无线调制解调功能模块和存储模 块通过 USB接口与集线功能模块相连接, 但是本实用新型的实施例 并不仅仅局限于 USB接口的连接方式, 例如: 对于 PCMCIA调制解 调器,其内部的调制解调功能模块和存储模块则可通过其他通信接口 如串口等与集线功能模块相连接。
如图 2所示, 图 2为本实用新型实施例一种 USB无线调制解调 器的应用示意图。 本实用新型实施例提供的 USB 无线调制解调器 100, 通过集线功能模块 103的上行接口与个人计算机 200相连接。 连接后, 个人计算机 200为 USB无线调制解调器 100加电并开始初 始化, 当个人计算机 200发现多个 USB从设备后, 包括: 集线功能 模块 103、 无线调制解调功能模块 101和存储模块 102 , 分别枚举各 个 USB从设备的类型,并加载相应的设备驱动程序,以激活这些 USB 从设备。
当无线调制解调功能模块 101通过加载驱动程序被激活后,个人 计算机 200可利用该无线调制解调功能模块 101与无线网络之间进行 通信。
当存储模块 102通过加载驱动程序被激活后,个人计算机 200可 对该存储模块中的用户数据进行存取操作。
本实用新型实施例的 USB无线调制解调器 100 , 其无线调制解 调功能模块 101和存储模块 102与集线功能模块 103相连接, 当个人 计算机 200通过无线调制解调功能模块 101与无线网络连接时,可同 时对存储模块 102中的用户数据进行存取访问操作,如添加、删除等, 两个相互独立的过程, 互不影响。
另外, 本实用新型实施例的 USB无线调制解调器 100 , 在与个 人计算机 200相连接, 实现个人计算机 200的无线网络访问功能时, 若用户需要数据下载,则个人计算机 200可直接通过数据操作指令将 数据直接下载到存储模块 102中进行存储, 不必占用个人计算机 200 中的存储空间, 也方便了用户对下载数据的管理。
本实用新型实施例的 USB无线调制解调器 100并不局限于一个 无线调制解调功能模块 101和一个存储模块 102。 由于集线功能模块 103的下行 USB接口可为多个, 因此, 该集线功能模块 103可同时 连接多个无线调制解调功能模块 101和多个存储模块 102。 连接多个 无线调制解调功能模块 101可实现对多个无线网络的访问,连接多个 存储模块 102可实现更大容量的用户数据存储。
综上所述,本实用新型实施例在现有 USB无线调制解调器内增设 存储模块,该存储模块和现有的无线调制解调模块通过 USB接口连接 在集线功能模块。使得 USB无线调制解调器同时具备大容量数据存储 能力, 节省 USB接口资源, 方便用户的使用。
以上所述仅为本实用新型的优选实施方式, 应当指出, 对于本技 术领域的普通技术人员来说, 在不脱离本实用新型原理的前提下, 还 可以做出若干改进和润饰 ,这些改进和润饰也应视为本实用新型的保 护范围。

1、 一种调制解调器, 包括调制解调功能模块, 其特征在于, 还 包括: 集线功能模块和至少一个存储模块, 所述存储模块和所述调制 解调功能模块分别与所述集线功能模块相连接。
2、 如权利要求 1所述调制解调器, 其特征在于, 所述调制解调 器为通用串行总线接口有线调制解调器。
3、 如权利要求 1所述调制解调器, 其特征在于, 所述调制解调 器为通用串行总线接口无线调制解调器。
4、 如权利要求 1所述调制解调器, 其特征在于, 所述集线功能 模块包括一个上行接口和至少两个下行接口,所述上行接口连接个人 计算机, 所述下行接口连接所述调制解调功能模块和所述存储模块。
5、 如权利要求 4所述调制解调器, 其特征在于, 所述上行接口 为通用串行总线接口。
6、 如权利要求 1至 5中任一项所述调制解调器, 其特征在于, 所述存储模块的存储介质为 Flash闪存芯片。
7、如权利要求 6所述调制解调器, 其特征在于, 所述 Flash芯片 为所述调制解调器中存储固件的 Flash芯片。
