上述磁吸式防水开关设计, 虽可提供一项具有防水功能的开关, 然而, 该磁吸式防水开关仅以周边超音熔接密合的壳体包覆于电子装置外侧作为防 水用途, 而此结构可提供的防水效果不甚理想, 且其控制该开关的导电金属 块并无有效的确保机制, 于升降过程中会发生侧偏或当开关倾斜时, 该跳线 面上的两接点即无法构成导通状态, 而影响到防水开关的开关控制功能。
其它相关前案中, 有一中国实用新型公告号 CN 2472328Y号 "防水式按 钮开关",其是由底座及一盖体组成按钮开关壳体,在底座外周呈矩状围绕的 侧壁, 盖体呈一矩状, 围体, 在其内壁缘设有一圈卡缘, 在盖体内缘尺寸恰 等于底座侧的外周尺寸, 防止水气由壳体侧方浸入, 其由固定基片、 弹簧、 拨动叉片及端子等机械式组合结构所组成,该机械式组合结构的零组件较多, 导致备料组装及制造成本偏高, 而会影响到产业竞争力的提升。
以及,在中国有一实用新型公告号 CN 2502394Y号 "外磁场变化驱动全 密封通断控制器", 其壳体中有全密封室, 壳体外侧安装一压杆, 压杆有配合 的回复弹簧, 而在全密封室中安装动触片和静触片, 动触片连接永磁体, 该 动触片随着磁吸效应的经常性弯折变化,易造成弹性疲乏,而导致开关失效。 发明的公开
本发明设计目的在于, 提供一种"磁性防水开关组件", 其包括一防水壳 体, 防水壳体中设置一底座、 一铁片、 一开关, 并以一防水盒盖封闭于防水 壳体入口, 以及在防水壳体最外端处填注防水胶,而形成全密闭式防水结构, 故能达到极佳的防水效果, 其防水壳体中所设置的开关与铁片, 能使一磁铁 控制件与铁片对应或分离, 而能吸引铁片按压开关钮或释放按压, 其藉由开 关与铁片的精简结构设计, 使磁性防水开关易于制造、 组装, 而能达到节省 成本及提升产业竞争力的功效。
为达成上述目的的结构特征及技术内容, 本发明 "磁性防水开关组件" 包括:
一防水壳体, 其内部形成一腔室, 于防水壳体一侧端形成一入口; 一底座, 其设置于防水壳体中, 于底座一侧形成一侧板;
一开关, 其具有一开关钮, 其设置于底座上, 于开关上设置一电性连接 的缆线;
一铁片, 其设置于底座上而位于开关的开关钮侧;
一防水盒盖, 其盖合于防水壳体入口;
一防水胶层, 其封闭于防水壳体入口;
一磁铁控制件, 其设置于防水壳体外侧邻近铁片处, 其邻近铁片一端设 置一磁铁。
藉此设计, 而形成全密闭式的防水结构, 可达到极佳的防水效果, 且其 防水壳体中设置开关与铁片的精简组成结构, 即可令磁铁控制件能与铁片对 应或分离, 而能吸引铁片按压开关钮或释放按压, 因此, 本发明的磁性防水 开关组件具有易于制造、 组装, 可达到节省成本及提升产业竞争力的实用功 效。 附图的简要说明

Claims

权利 要求 一种磁性防水开关组件, 其特征在于, 包括:
一防水壳体, 其内部形成一腔室, 于防水壳体一侧端形成一入
P ;
一底座, 其设置于防水壳体中, 于底座一侧形成一侧板; 一开关, 其具有一开关钮, 其设置于底座上, 于开关上设置一 电性连接的缆线;
一铁片, 其设置于底座上而位于开关的开关钮侧;
一防水盒盖, 其盖合于防水壳体入口;
一防水胶层, 其封闭于防水壳体入口;
一磁铁控制件, 其设置于防水壳体外侧邻近铁片处, 其邻近铁 片一端设置一磁铁。 如权利要求 1所述磁性防水开关组件, 其特征在于, 防水盒盖具有 一穿孔。 如权利要求 2所述磁性防水开关组件, 其特征在于, 铁片形成 11形 状。 如权利要求 1, 2或 3所述磁性防水开关组件, 其特征在于, 于开关 中设置数个定位孔, 以及在底座上设置数根凸柱与定位孔形成相对, 凸柱插入定位孔中, 使开关定位设置在底座上。 如权利要求 4所述磁性防水开关组件, 其特征在于, 磁铁控制件具 有一定位座及一组接部, 定位座中设置一磁铁, 组接部中设置一穿 孔。 如权利要求 5所述磁性防水开关组件, 其特征在于, 防水壳体侧端 面上设置一枢轴、 一挡板及一固定块, 组接部以穿孔套设在枢轴上, 以及在定位座中设置一卡钩, 并以一扭力弹簧套设组接部, 使扭力 弹簧一端定位于卡钩, 另端定位于固定块。
