Abstract

 運動案内装置の剛性を変化させることができると共に、移動ブロックに大荷重がかかるときに、移動ブロックのスライド抵抗が増加するのを抑制できる運動案内装置を提供する。  運動案内装置の転動体循環経路に配列する複数の転動体列14a,14b,14cを、移動ブロック12にかかる荷重が所定値未満のときにも、所定値以上のときにも荷重を負荷する第一の転動体列14a,14cと、移動ブロック12にかかる荷重が所定値未満のときに荷重を負荷せずに、所定値以上のときに荷重を負荷する第二の転動体列14bと、で構成する。第一の転動体列14a,14cは、軌道部材11に対する移動ブロック12の相対的な運動に伴って、転動体循環経路を循環する。第二の転動体列14bは、移動ブロック12にかかる荷重が所定値以上のとき、軌道部材11に対する移動ブロック12の相対的な運動に伴って、転動体循環経路を循環する。
