Abstract
過去の画面内平均動きベクトルを参照動きベクトルとして用いて、現在の映像フレームのブロック毎に動きベクトルが探索され、得られた動きベクトルを用いて、補間が有効か否かが判定される。そして、補間が有効と判定されたとき、得られた動きベクトルを用いて、現在の映像フレームと前の映像フレームの間に補間フレームが生成される。
